White River Hardwoods · Cast Resin Panel Details

PM614 Clipped Corner

SKU PM614-CN325-RESIN · Radius 3-1/4″ · Set Of 4

Cast Resin · Matches Profile PM614 · Paint or Stain

Pre-formed clipped corner in cast resin, molded to the PM614 panel moulding profile — pre-formed corner returns that replace a mitered 45° joint. Lets a straight-run profile turn a curve without bending, kerfing, or custom radius work.

Cast From the PM614 Profile · Proprietary White River Design · Sold Set Of 4

Curves are where panel layouts stall. A cast segment in the matching profile makes the radius a stock part instead of a custom one.

Matches Profile PM614

Cast from the same profile as PM614 Full Circle (PM614). Run the straight sections in Poplar or resin and drop this piece in at the curve — the section and reveal line up.

Why Cast Resin

The Radius, Solved

Formed to the Radius

Cast in the final curve. No steaming, kerfing, or laminating on site.

Profile-Matched

Molded from the {esc(profile)} pattern, so the straight runs and the curve read as one continuous moulding.

Paint or Stain

Resin accepts paint and gel stain; finish it with the surrounding Poplar.

Proprietary Design

Cast from designs proprietary to White River, drawn to complement the moulding and carving collections.

Installation

Step by Step

1

Lay Out the Panel

Draw the full panel outline on the wall, including the curve, and check the straight runs meet the segment square.

2

Dry-Fit the Segment

Hold the resin piece in position and mark where the straight runs land. Cut the straight stock to those marks.

3

Adhesive & Pin

Construction adhesive on the back, then pin with brads. Resin holds fasteners well but does not need many.

4

Fill, Caulk, Finish

Fill pin holes and the joints to the straight runs, caulk the outer edge, and finish with the rest of the panel.
