How to Initiate a Return

Call Customer Service to request an RGA number
Call 1-866-687-8746 and speak with a Customer Service Representative. They'll confirm your item is eligible and issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. No returns will be accepted without one.

Pack items carefully — do not reuse original packaging without inspection
Inspect the original packaging before reusing it. Boxes of carvings may need additional fill; mouldings may need extra wrapping. If returned items arrive damaged due to poor repackaging, no credit will be issued. You are responsible for the condition of the goods on arrival.

Ship the return at your expense (F.O.B. Buyer)
Returns ship at the buyer's expense. Mark the RGA number clearly on the outside of all packages. Once received and inspected in resellable condition, a credit will be applied minus the 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances
Custom mouldings
Custom woodcarvings
Luxor plaster medallions (made to order)
UltraFlex™ resin profiles (made to order)
Items marked, cut, or modified in any way
Items with primer, stain, paint, or mud applied
Items with sun, moisture, or job-site damage
Items returned more than 60 days after invoice

Items must arrive in resellable condition. If returned goods are received damaged due to inadequate repackaging, no credit will be processed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Package Marked "Delivered"
Claims must be filed after 5 days and within 15 days from the date the package was marked delivered.
Package Presumed Lost
Claims must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last tracking checkpoint.
