White River Hardwoods · Classically Proportioned Non-Stock Profiles

Custom Corinthian Modillion Moulding

Profile MOD1001 · 1-1/2″ W × 1-7/8″ D × 3-1/4″ · Made to Order

Non-Stock Profile · Solid Poplar · Milled in Fayetteville, Arkansas

A classically proportioned moulding profile at 1-1/2″ W × 1-7/8″ D × 3-1/4″, milled to order in kiln-dried Poplar. Not carried in stock — each run is cut on the moulder when ordered, so lead time and minimum quantities apply.

Made to Order · Kiln-Dried Poplar · Custom Species Available

The proportions are classical; the run is yours. Non-stock profiles are cut when you need them, in the quantity you need.

How Ordering Works

Non-stock profiles are milled per order. Contact us at 1-866-967-2948 with the profile number, total linear feet, and species, and we'll confirm minimum quantity, lead time, and pricing before anything is cut. Custom species carry the same fine-grain overlay used on Mon Reale profiles.

Why a Non-Stock Profile

When the Stock Catalog Isn't Quite Right

Classical Proportion

Drawn to the proportions of the classical orders, so it sits correctly against period casings, friezes, and crowns.

Match Existing Work

The right choice when a restoration or addition has to match millwork already in the building.

Species on Request

Poplar is standard. Other species can be milled with the same fine-grain overlay applied.

Same Lumber, Same Machining

Milled from NHLA-graded, kiln-dried stock on Weinig moulders — the same process as every stock profile.

MOD1001 — Custom Moulding. Milled to order by White River Hardwoods.

Products cannot be returned without prior approval and must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Under the following circumstances, products may not be returned for credit:

  1. Are marked on
  2. Are modified in any way
  3. Have been exposed to excessive sun or moisture
  4. Have sheetrock mud, primer, stain, "job site damage"
  5. Returned 60 days after invoice purchase date

Returns are F.O.B. Buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. To receive credit for stock products, product must be received in re-sellable condition. Custom mouldings and custom woodcarvings are not returnable under any circumstances. If returned products are received damaged due to poor repackaging, no credit will be processed. It is imperative that items are not returned in their original packaging without a thorough inspection as more fill may be needed to boxes of carvings or additional wrapping for mouldings may be necessary to prevent return shipment damage. Please call  1-800-558-0119 and speak to our Customer Service Representative to request an RGA.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Shipping rates vary by product category — see the rate table on each product page. Residential LTL deliveries require capable help to unload. Inspect all shipments within 15 days and report damage immediately. Customer is responsible for all freight charges, including residential delivery fees and liftgate charges.
