For all specified lengths, an upcharge ranging from 20% - 40% is charged. Additionally, the customer pays for additional footage needed to pull specified length orders. Remember to take specified length charges into consideration for small FedEx orders.
Stock mouldings cannot be returned without prior approval and must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Under the following circumstances, White River™ product may not be returned for credit:
- are marked on
- are modified in any way
- have been exposed to excessive sun or moisture
- have sheetrock mud, primer, stain, "job site damage"
- returned 60 days after invoice purchase date
For stock mouldings to receive credit, moulding must be in re-sellable condition. Returns are F.O.B. Buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Loose mouldings must be 8' or longer and in original packaging (protective plastic and cardboard). Custom mouldings and woodcarvings are not returnable under any circumstances.
White River's™ hardwood mouldings are produced from clear, kiln-dried hardwood lumber. All lumber is NHLA graded and dried to 6 - 8% moisture content. White River™ mouldings are precision-machined with Wienig Moulders and using Wienig Knife Tooling. Sold in random lengths, White River™ mouldings are produced from lumber that is 65% 12' - 16' lengths, allowing us to produce stock mouldings in long lengths (overall 3' - 16').
White River™ is not responsible for changes in mouldings due to environmental conditions during or after installation. Please follow information under "Installation Information" to avoid problems associated with large mouldings.
