Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for stock items. Order a single panel for a sample install or a full room package — same pricing either way.
How long does Tambour take to ship?
Stock Tambour profiles and species ship immediately from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Custom specified-length work carries a quoted lead time your rep will confirm before you commit.
Can Tambour wrap a curved wall or column?
Yes. Flexible Tambour panels are built on a fabric backer specifically for radius applications. Rigid panels are for flat inserts such as cabinet doors and center panels. Your rep can advise on the right profile for the radius.
Can I get samples of specific moulding profiles?
Yes. Beyond the designer kit, individual profile samples are available on request for any of our 798 mouldings — ask your rep with the SKU.
Does my client need to order through me?
Trade pricing is tied to your account. You can order for the client, or your rep can set up a quote you present directly, whichever fits your business model.
Do you offer design help for a full millwork package?
Yes. Our fee-based Design Services team produces moulding layouts and elevations by room, ready to hand to a contractor.
